Adina Tarry is a Management Consultant, Accredited Coach and Business Psychologist with prior extensive business experience in international contexts. Based in London, since 2001 she works as an Associate Lecturer, Coach and Psychologist, with individuals and organisations, in cross cultural settings. Adina helps individuals to improve self awareness and confidence, performance, career progression, goal setting, objectives alignment and intercultural management. Adina's early career as a manager/specialist, provided extensive international business experience - lived and worked in Paris, Sydney, New York, Johannesburg, Bucharest, Düsseldorf and London - across four industry sectors (IT, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and fashion) gained with IBM, Alcatel, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb. Adina is also an Associate Lecturer (London Metropolitan University, Thames Valley University, West London College) in HR Management Strategy & Consulting, and Business Psychology subjects. On a personal level, Adina delights in all the arts, particularly writing and cinema, is interested in science and technology, likes travel, cultures, languages, yoga, dancing.
